Dale Creasy, Jr. has been a journeyman racer. For years he practiced his trade without much recognition, fanfare or wins to show for his effort. All that changed in 2006 when he began racing under the Torco Race Fuels banner.

The 2006 racing season will go down as one of the most memorable for Creasy. Creasy and his Torco Race Fuels Monte Carlo earned their first three career wins (all Canadian) and captured their first Knoll-Gas Motorsports Nitro Jam World Championship. The five point margin of victory is the closest championship battle in IHRA history.

Creasy continued to rewrite his career stats with a stellar performance during his successful quest to repeat as World Champion in 2007. The Torco Race Fuels Monte Carlo competed in seven of the 11 final rounds, earning six Ironmen along the way. While the 2006 campaign proved to be the closest in history, Creasy's 2007 performance proved to be one of the most dominant. The Torco team would compile a 23-5 record and competed in 58 rounds of qualifying and eliminations without being assessed an oil down penalty.

Now, with nine wins under his belt, Creasy firmly places himself in the IHRA record books. The wins place Creasy fifth in career total Nitro Funny Car wins. His two season accomplishments place him firmly among drag racing icons; Dale Pulde (20 wins), Raymond Beadle (19), Kenny Bernstein (16) and Mark Oswald (15).

When the pressure is on, Creasy owns the final round. His .818 final round winning percentage (9 wins, 2 runner-ups, 11 appearances) is the best among career win leaders. Only Raymond Beadle comes close with his .731 (19 wins, 7 runner-ups, 26 appearances).

Dale Creasy, Jr. is married to wife Laurie and enjoys spending time with his three dogs. When he doesn't have a wrench or steering wheel in his had, Dale can be found on a golf course with a club in one hand and a cold beverage in the other.
