Elkhart, Ind. Terry is a Chicago, Ill. native. He and his wife Rhonda are team owners of Hoosier Thunder Motorsports, a multi-car drag racing team based in Elkhart, Ind. Terry, a perennial IHRA fan favorite, has competed in a variety of drag racing classes including Funny Cars in the Alcohol and Nitro Funny class. He most recently added Top Fuel competition to his career resume'. In 2007, Terry competed in both Alcohol Funny Car and Top Fuel. In Funny Car he piloted Amalie Oil InstiGator Funny Car, powered by Torco Race Fuels and in Top Fuel, the Torco Nitro Top Fuel Dragster. Terry completed the 2007 campaign with both teams posting top 10 finishes (Funny Car 6th - Top Fuel 5th). McMillen also accomplished a couple of other 'firsts' during the 2007 Knoll-Gas Nitro Jam Drag Racing season. McMillen earned two coveted Ironmen during the season, finding the winners circle in both Edmonton and Grand Bend. McMillen and the InstiGator are featured in the IHRA Professional Drag Racing video game for XBOX, PlayStation2, PlayStation and PC.
