If you are not completely satisfied with your order from Torco Race Fuels, Contact Us immediately so that we can assist you with your return. Please be sure you keep all original packaging materials and cartons. Return of all unused merchandise must be within 10 days of the receiving date. We will be happy to assist you with your return. If a refund or credit is necessary on your purchase, please allow us 7-10 business days to refund or credit the purchase price to your account.

IMPORTANT RETURN INFORMATION:

* ORDER CANCELLATIONS: If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped or while it is in transit, Contact Us immediately. Please note that all shipping costs and fees incurred to cancel or reschedule the shipment will be the customer's responsibility.

* DAMAGED ITEMS: If your order is damaged during transit, please Contact Us immediately (within 24 hours). It is very important that you keep your original packaging materials and cartons that your order was shipped in. If you notice at the time of delivery your item(s) are damaged, you can either refuse your shipment or have the carrier’s driver note the damage and Contact Us immediately.

PROCESS FOR RETURNS:
In the event you need to return merchandise to Torco please Contact Us so that we can help you with the process. The process used to return merchandise to us will depend on the carrier used to deliver your order and what merchandise is being returned.

Once a return is received and inspected, your refund or new item will be processed within 7-10 business day. Please note any returned merchandise showing signs of wear or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. The returned item must be in the same condition it was received.
